Fixes and Improvements
- Fixed an MP3 render/mixdown bug that could cut off the final 100–200 ms.
- Fixed Wave Render reset and LUFS reset in the track list. The selected item was previously off by one.
- Fixed initial voice-track preview file generation in nkManager when new files are imported in the studio or through StudioLink.
- Improved importing to automatically upgrade MP3 v2 tags to v3.
- Improved end-of-hour handling when traffic must finish playing before the next hour begins.
- Added live video camera input when using NextKast with video. Create a sample file named
Live.mp4and connect a capture card to the PC. - Improved Last Played information in Library search results. It was not always accurate.
- Fixed AutoTrim automatically enabling when changing modes in the Settings screen.
- Fixed the nkManager splash screen not unloading during the Search Library self-check.
- New tracks are now added to the top of the category pick stack.
- Improved StudioLink moves when using NextSync affiliates. Previous versions could delete and then re-download the moved file.
- Improved the Refresh Status dialog so it appears above the Search window.
- Increased the maximum StudioLink upload size to 364 MB.
- Added a NextAI failsafe. If either AI service runs out of credits, NextAI will notify the user and pause voice and script generation.
- Added a link in the Help menu to run RustDesk for remote support.
- Refactored the Command Center server and its initialization sequence.
- Fixed a scenario where commercials at the end of a macro-filled hour prevented the next hour from loading after a game schedule was terminated.
- Fixed a double-click error in Record Downloader when duplicate description entries exist.
- Added the ability to schedule more than one game per day.
- Improved support for
{CR},{LF}, and{CRLF}when sending serial commands to broadcast tool switchers. - Fixed a scenario where the last frame remained visible when switching from video to audio. The video output now goes to black.

- Added support for operating NextKast inside a WideOrbit ecosystem, including matching cart numbers, shared traffic, and backup audio retrieval from a WideOrbit Audio Server.
- Added automatic deletion of game/event PLS files when the related game or event is deleted or completed.
- Added the MusicONE Cloud API.
- Added Find and Replace options to the CSV External Library Import for renaming target cart numbers or filenames.
- When video is playing from a Sample button during shutdown, the Sample button can automatically restart when the system next boots.
- Created a new Playout-Only configuration that turns NextKast into a dedicated playout system. This is currently a non-public offering.
- NextTraffic orders now display a history of assigned audio assets in the web interface.

- StudioLink Audio Asset Upload now asks users to confirm before overwriting a track with the same cart number or filename.
